What is Pool Coping And Why Do You Need It?

Pool Coping is the product around the edge of the pool separating the hard area from the water. A good pool coping will overhang into the pool to allow small kids to easily grip the edge. It will also contribute to a lower loss of water when splashing of the pool water occurs. The wave of water will typically hit the waterline tile and then continue up the side to the underside of the coping and then return to the pool rather than exiting onto the paved area or other surrounds.
